We are looking for an individual who is seeking to build a career by serving Grand Rapids, Brighton, Kalamazoo/Benton Harbor, and many more. Bullseye Pest Defense District Managers will manage a client base according to Bullseye Pest Defense policies and procedures. Qualified candidates will be detail oriented; hardworking individuals who strive to give great customer service. Managers will work 30-40 hours a week throughout the summer (April-October) and will provide complete home protection against pest.
Duties
- Manage Clients and Employees
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours
- Ability to market the company and promote sales
- Able to walk customer property while carrying equipment in warm weather
- Maintain chemical records according to State of Michigan requirements
- Complete licensing requirements and training
- Visually inspects and treat infestations
- Maintain good customer relations
Character Traits and Skills
- Valid driver’s license, and 18 or older
- Reliable
- Basic pest control knowledge. Applicants who do not have an applicable license may undergo the licensing process during training.
- Comfortable driving to customer locations with a company vehicle
- Good customer service skills
- Detail oriented
- Self-starter
Starting pay is based on experience at $17 – 20 per hour, plus commission or profit sharing opportunities.
