1. Inspection
A careful examination of your property will be made each visit to look for any new pest activity. These areas will be noted and addressed immediately. We will also look for conditions that may encourage pest activity, such as open vents or areas of clutter that may be used as pest breeding sites, with pest prevention being our goal.
2. Treatment
A barrier will be applied to the foundation, eaves, around the windows and doors of your home. If treatment is required inside the home, please let your technician know upon arrival or call our office to set up an appointment.
3. Guarantee

Residential Pest Control FAQ’s
When are exterior pest control treatments performed?
Exterior treatments are typically performed from April through October or November, as long as temperatures are consistently above 40 degrees. During colder months, only interior treatments can be performed.
Do you treat both the inside and outside of my home?
Yes. Exterior treatments are standard, and interior treatments for common pests are included when needed. Just let us know if you are experiencing activity inside the home.
What should I do before my pest control appointment?
Please close all windows and remove pet food and water dishes from treatment areas. If you are not ready at the time of service, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
What happens if it rains after my service?
Our applications require about one hour to dry. If rain occurs after that, the treatment remains effective. If weather interferes before drying, we may reschedule or provide a reservice if needed.
How do your treatments work? Are they repellents?
Our treatments are not repellents. Pests come into contact with treated areas, and the product works over time. Regular service builds a cumulative effect that reduces pest populations.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. If you do not see a reduction in pest activity within 10 days, if an area was missed, or if weather affected the treatment, contact us and we will schedule a reservice.
Can you treat before a party or event?
Yes. We will make every effort to accommodate treatment timing before special events or gatherings.
