Lady bugs are very helpful to environment, especially to gardeners, because they eat garden pests. They do not harm, sting, or carry diseases, however, they can become pests because of their presence in residential and commercial areas during winter.
Lady bugs gather in large numbers during the fall season and cluster to light-colored homes and buildings to spend time and hibernate during winter, causing mess and inconvenience.
