What pest control services do you offer?

Bullseye Pest Defense offers residential and commercial pest control services throughout Michigan, as well as Elkhart and South Bend, Indiana. Services include Home Defense, Mosquito Defense, Rodent Defense, Complete Defense packages, and specialty pest treatments.

Do you offer residential and commercial pest control?

Yes. We provide pest control services for both homes and businesses, including recurring maintenance programs and specialty treatments.

Do you offer one-time pest control services?

Yes. We offer both recurring pest control programs and one-time services depending on the pest issue and customer needs.

Are your treatments safe for pets and families?

Yes. Once treatments have dried, they are safe for people and pets when used according to label guidelines and service instructions.

Do you offer a pest control guarantee?

Yes. If you do not see a reduction in pest activity within 10 days, or if weather affected the treatment before it dried, contact our office and we will schedule a reservice if needed.

Home Defense Package Questions

What is the Home Defense package?

Our Home Defense package protects your home against over 150 common pests, including ants, spiders, stink bugs, Asian lady beetles, earwigs, boxelder bugs, and stinging insects. Services include exterior treatments, attached or detached garage coverage, and interior treatments when needed.

What pests are covered under Home Defense?

Home Defense helps protect against spiders, ants, stink bugs, Asian lady beetles, earwigs, boxelder bugs, bees, wasps, hornets, yellow jackets, and many other common household pests.

Are all pests included in Home Defense?

No. Some specialty pests such as bed bugs, fleas, cockroaches, carpet beetles, carpenter ants, and carpenter bees may require additional services.

What is the difference between Essential, Premium, and Exclusive Home Defense?

Essential Home Defense is designed for basic seasonal pest protection.

Premium Home Defense adds additional late-season coverage for pests like stink bugs.

Exclusive Home Defense provides more frequent bi-monthly applications, interior treatments at each visit, pest monitoring, de-webbing, and preferred scheduling for homes with year-round pest activity.

When are Home Defense treatments performed?

Exterior Home Defense applications are typically performed from spring through late fall, depending on weather conditions and temperatures.

Do you treat both the inside and outside of my home?

Yes. Exterior treatments are standard, and interior treatments for common pests are included when needed.

What should I do before my pest control appointment?

Please close windows and remove pet food and water dishes from treatment areas before service begins.

What happens if it rains after treatment?

Our applications require about one hour to dry. If rain occurs after drying, treatments remain effective. If weather interferes before drying, we may provide a reservice if needed.

How do your pest control treatments work?

Our products are not repellents. Pests come into contact with treated areas, and the treatment works over time to reduce pest populations.

Can you treat before parties or outdoor events?

Yes. We make every effort to accommodate treatments before parties, holiday weekends, and outdoor gatherings.

Mosquito Defense Package Questions

What is the Mosquito Defense package?

Our Mosquito Defense package helps reduce mosquito activity while also including flea and tick prevention for your lawn.

What is the difference between Essential, Premium, and Exclusive Mosquito Defense?

Essential Mosquito Defense is designed for average mosquito activity during the summer season.

Premium extends coverage further into late-season mosquito and tick activity.

Exclusive Mosquito Defense includes additional applications, premium product mixtures, preferred scheduling, and is ideal for heavily wooded properties or homes near standing water.

When are mosquito treatments performed?

Mosquito treatments are typically performed from May through October depending on temperatures and foliage conditions.

Will mosquito service completely eliminate mosquitoes?

No. The goal is to significantly reduce mosquito activity to a more tolerable level for your outdoor spaces.

Does mosquito service include flea and tick prevention?

Yes. Mosquito Defense services include flea and tick prevention for treated lawn areas.

What should I do before mosquito treatment?

Please remove pet dishes and toys from the yard, keep people and pets indoors during treatment, and notify us of any vegetable or fruit gardens.

Is mosquito treatment safe for pets and people?

Yes. Once the application has dried, treated areas are safe for people and pets.

Can you treat properties with ponds, woods, or standing water?

Yes. We customize treatment plans for properties with wooded areas, ponds, lakefronts, or standing water nearby.

Complete Defense Package Questions

What is the Complete Defense package?

Complete Defense combines both Home Defense and Mosquito Defense into one package to help reduce pest activity in both your home and yard.

What is included in Exclusive Complete Defense?

Exclusive Complete Defense includes multiple Home Defense applications, interior treatments, mosquito applications throughout the season, de-webbing, pest monitoring, flea and tick prevention, and preferred scheduling.

Who is Complete Defense best for?

Complete Defense is ideal for homeowners wanting full-season protection for both indoor and outdoor pest activity.

Lake Defense Package Questions

What is the Lake Defense package?

Lake Defense is designed for seasonal homes and lake properties throughout Lower Michigan. It combines Home Defense and Mosquito Defense services to help homeowners enjoy outdoor spaces during the summer season.

Is Lake Defense available for vacation homes?

Yes. Lake Defense is specifically designed for summer homes, cottages, and seasonal lake properties.

Can you perform treatments if I am not at the property?

Yes. If remote access is available, we can perform treatments and notify you once service is completed.

Rodent Defense Package Questions

What is the Rodent Defense package?

Rodent Defense helps reduce or eliminate mice and rats around your home using strategically placed bait stations, monitoring, and reservices when needed.

Do you treat both mice and rats?

Yes. Our rodent services are designed to help manage both mice and rat activity.

How often are rodent stations serviced?

Rodent stations are monitored and serviced throughout the year, with additional visits available if activity changes.

Do you offer reservices between visits?

Yes. We provide reservices between scheduled appointments if rodent activity increases.

What should I expect after rodent treatment?

Rodents may continue activity briefly while bait takes effect. In some situations, odors may temporarily occur if rodents are in inaccessible areas.

Should I continue rodent service after activity stops?

Yes. Ongoing rodent service helps prevent future infestations, especially near farms, woods, or shared housing areas.

Do I need to be home during service?

Not always. Exterior-only services can often be completed without you home. If interior access is needed, we will coordinate with you.
